As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of caring professionals committed to our mission: “Empowering people to live their best life!”

In this vital role, you’ll assess and respond to the health needs of children within our residential facility by:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for children
- Providing respiratory care and medical support
- Interpreting lab values and clinical data
- Communicates a clear picture of a child’s health and any changes in their status
- Electronic documentation of medical records
- Educating and guiding staff, families, patients, and students
- Promoting health, wellness, and safety
- Engaging in a variety of meaningful, exciting tasks that make a difference every day
- Building relationships with our long-term patients and their families
Base wages for LPN's start at $27.24+ experience.
Base wages for RN's start at $38.44+ experience.
