Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, assembly, testing, and qualification of complex electromechanical aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry, with expertise in manufacturing routers/shop orders, electromechanical assembly, electronics, motor controls, troubleshooting, and qualification activities.

• Create Shop Orders, Work Orders, and Manufacturing Routers for NPI assembly and testing.
• Develop visual work instructions, assembly instructions, and job aids .
• Support manufacturing and qualification activities for electromechanical systems.
• Generate work orders for rework, repair, modification, and qualification units .
• Work with Material Review Board (MRB) teams to support product disposition and corrective actions.
• Design, modify, and implement tooling, fixtures, assembly aids, and electrical test equipment .
• Provide hands-on shop floor support during assembly, testing, and qualification.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document technical issues and corrective actions.
• Support testing and qualification of electrical/electronic assemblies.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, quality, certification, and regulatory requirements .
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Test, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support program schedules, milestones, and changing manufacturing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering , or equivalent.
• 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or another regulated industry.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product qualification.
• Hands-on experience creating Shop Orders, Manufacturing Routers, and Work Orders .
• Experience with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems such as IFS, SAP, PRISM, or similar.
• Strong experience with electromechanical assembly and testing .
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Experience designing, building, or testing circuit boards .
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics and PCB design .
• Experience with AC, DC, and brushless motor controls .
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, assembly aids, or electrical test equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on shop floor support and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Aerospace and Defense manufacturing experience.
• Experience with MRB, rework, repair, and qualification testing .
• Experience with DO-254, DO-160, ARP4754A, MIL-STD-810 , or similar aerospace/defense standards.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and environmental testing .
• Experience with military aerospace systems, hoists, winches, or motor-driven systems.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and controls testing.
• Experience developing manufacturing documentation and job aids.
